Leadership's Impact on Culture

It is important for leaders to understand both the direct and indirect impact they have on those around them and how this in turn directly affects organisational culture.

This PD event will focus on bridging the gap between leadership and culture, and is designed for any practitioner interested in the link between leadership behaviours and culture. It will cover understanding the strategies and approaches used by effective leaders and how to integrate impact into your leadership or culture journey.

The session will include practical examples of tools you can use as well as group discussions focused on planning your approach and the realities of creating change.
